It is a beautiful place, it has very good facilities, the view from our room was simply spectacular. The people in general are very friendly but I want to highlight Tai's good service, attitude, warmth, professionalism, this girl really knows what it means to exceed expectations and give first class service. I want to tell her bosses that they have a high-level employee on their team. Keep her and help her grow, people like that are the ones who make the difference. Thank you again for everything TAI

This was a beautiful peaceful location. You need your own transport but once you get there you can relax and enjoy the good food and the beautiful surroundings. The service was excellent, one of our doors wouldn't shut and they came and fixed it immediately even though it was about 7pm at night. The rooms on the raft are not soundproof which was not a problem for us but other travelers may be concerned about this.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Because of heavy rainfall we had to move off the raft rooms into a safer location; the staff were of tremendous help!

Excellent pool, beautiful views, good restaurant/bar. Very convenient for Erawan/Elephants etc. very helpful staff.
